Getting Started


Computer Science & Engineering Department Management Software (CSEDMS) includes Options that go far beyond simple Teacher, Student & Employee creation to fully work all your department processes. From one-hiding creation of Institute and more departments like the most popular applications. It also contain professional markup link for your advanced control over one page to another to manage Teacher, Student & Employee creation, edit, delete and print. CSEDMS need to use by different users in different work environments. CSEDMS application standard contains the features most useful professionals Security.

This application is developed to run one specific domain name.

To open the running application you need to go specific domain, see http://www. [Your given domain name].com or .etc /index.php
 (English only).

Public Section
Public Section also called as public menu or publicly access control that contain hyperlink of privately create and given access resource content link of different departments. It link content is shown at the content section (iii) with decorated by department basis.
The hyperlink control is defined below:-

Home display default content as about project design description.

Department
Course
Click on course menu to display course list grouping by department of running institute. The course list have hyperlink of course content that indicate or provide a download link of document uploaded by different teachers of different time.
    
Batch
Click on batch menu to display batch list grouping by department of running
Institute. The batch list have hyperlink of syllabus download  to download uploaded syllabus or wait for upload message to indicate that the syllabus is not uploaded till now.

Student
Click on student menu to display student list grouping by department of running
Institute and departmental student are shown by batch wise. The student list contain hyperlink of roll of each student click on student roll hyperlink to display student’s profile.

Teacher
Click on teacher menu to display teacher list grouping by department of running
Institute. The teacher list contain hyperlink of name of each teacher click on student roll hyperlink to display teacher’s profile.

Employee
Click on employee menu to display employee list grouping by department of running Institute. The employee list contain hyperlink of name of each employee. Click on employee name hyperlink to display employee’s profile
Notice Board
Click on notice menu to display published public notice grouping by department of Institute. Each notice shown notice title, creation date, closing date, and link of show notice command. Click on show notice to display publish notice.

Download
Click on download menu to display published public uploaded files that ordered by last uploaded date. Each uploaded file shown the title of file, upload department name , up-loader name, up-loaded date, file size, download count and download link icon. It also provide image preview option if file is image file. Click on download icon to download the display file.

          Click on help menu to view the user manual/guide.

 

Private Section
Private Section also called as private sidebar menu or private control that contain hyperlink of privately access control that is shown section (ii) the operational control contents are displayed at content section (iii) for particular department.
The private section access required Login display on public menu section(i),  see figure below

Content Section
Content Section also called as Content Placeholder that displays content from private sidebar menu or public menu control action content.

Basic Setup


Setup is a part of sidebar menu of private section that contain link of basic setup of application system need to run. The hyperlink control action is describe below

Setup
Setup is an initial setting data entry process as-

Program: Click on program link to display list of setup program list that shown above figure (4). The program list contain create new program link.
 
 Create new: Click to create new program.

Batch: Click on batch link to display list of setup batch list.
The program list contain create new (program) link.

Create new: Click to create new batch.

Download: Click on download link to download uploaded syllabus file.

Change: Click on change link to change uploaded.

Upload: Click on upload link to upload new syllabus file.


    Home page       Edit: Click on edit button to edit batch.

     Home page      Print: Click on print button to print student list of selected batch.


Teacher: Click on teacher link to display the list of teacher that contain following
Action link are describe below.

Name:  Click on name link to view teacher profile.

Create new: Click on link to create new teacher.

Content: Click on link to view teacher uploaded content.

Profile view: Click on link to view teacher profile.


       Home page   Edit: Click on link to edit teacher.

Employee: Click on employee link to display the list of employee that contain following
Action link are describe below.

Create new: Click on link to create new employee.


      Home page     Edit: Click on button to edit employee.

 Home page Profile view: Click on button to view employee profile.

 

Committee: Click on committee link to display the list of committee that contain following   Action link are describe below.

Create new: Click on link to create new committee.

Active Check: Click on checkbox to enable or disable committee. Checked ensure as active committee. 

Home page Teacher list: Click on this button to view the list of teacher in this committee that display Checkbox by marking checked/uncheck we can include/exclude teacher from this committee.

 


Home page Print: Click on Print button to view print preview the list of teacher in this committee.

Designation: Click on committee link to display the list of committee that contain following action link are describe below.

Create new: Click on link to create new committee.

Home page Delete: Click on delete button to delete missing creation.

 

User Profile Management


User Profile is a part of sidebar menu of private section that contain link of basic profile management of application that need to run. The hyperlink control action is describe below

View Profile : Click on view profile link to view your setup profile information.  It also contain a button for change profile image, figure for this is shown below.

Click on this button to set old image to new one.

Update Profile : Click on update profile link to edit existing profile information as shown below figure.

Change Password : Click on change password link to reset your current password to new password. Password reset box are shown below…

Change: After giving require information click on change button to make changed.

Course Management


Course is a part of sidebar menu of private section that contain link of basic course of application system need to run. The hyperlink control action is describe below

Course : Click on course link to display list of setup courses and related information.
Create New: Click on create new link to create new course with existing list.

Course Setup: Course setup is a system of assigning course teacher, grouping of semester wise courses and setting up course credit, Sample figure with action link are shown below…

Add new: Click on add new link to allowed new course for selected semester.

Edit Course:  Click on edit course to update missing data setting.

My Courses: Click on my course link to view a list of assign courses for this login teacher. Each course contain additional information as about batch info, session also link of uploaded file for this course that can be deleted. If no file is uploaded there have a link to upload more new file.

Student Management


Student is a part of sidebar menu of private section that contain link of basic student of application system need to run. The hyperlink control action is describe below

Student: Click on student link to display the list of student that contain batch filter to select to display students of selected batch there have action link are describe below.

Create new: Click on link to create new student.

Profile view: Click on link to view student profile.

 Edit: Click on link to edit student.

 

Promotion Demotion: Click on student link to display the list of student that contain following action link are describe below.

Checkbox: Click on checkbox to mark checked for activeness of Promotion/Demotion. 

Keep Backup this batch: if the link “Keep Backup this batch” is displayed then it means that the students of selected batch are not in reservation for displaying future. You need to click first on the link before Promotion/Demotion. Figure for this action is displayed below…

Promotion/Demotion: Check mark the student from the displayed list and Select batch and semester and then Click on Promotion/Demotion button for performing action. Figure for this task is shown below…

Store Management


Departmental Store is a part of sidebar menu of private section that contain link of basic resource of application system need to run. The hyperlink control action is describe below

Resource Category: Click on resource category link to display the list of resource that contain following action link are describe below.

Create new: Enter the name of resource category and Click on Create new button to create new resource.

      Delete: Click on delete button to delete missing creation.

Resource: Click on resource link to display the list of resource that contain filter by resource category to view category base resource and following action link are describe below with figure.

Issue: Click on Issue link to Issue resource by selecting person.

Restore: Click on Restore link to restore resource by from issued person.

Active check: Click on checkbox to ensure resource is Active/Inactive.

Edit: Click on Edit button to edit/update resource.

Search Resource: Click on search resource link to search the list of resource that contain issue/restore action link for issue/restore resource that shown below with figure.

 Download Sample file: Click on Download Sample file link to download sample formatted excel file where resource if formation will be listed.

Event Management


Event is a part of sidebar menu of private section that contain link of basic event of application system need to run. The hyperlink control action is describe below

Event : Click on event link to display the list of event that are grouping by private and public. It also contain following action link are describe below with above figure.

Private and public event: This event is those that created by login user and other public event are created by other user that mark as public for all system user.

Event title: Event title contain hyperlink and click on to view created event.

Edit: Click on Edit button for make any modification of previous created event.

Create new: Click on Create new link to create new event. Click also display a list of event category and select from it as of your choice. Figure for this action is seeing below…

Template List: Click on event Template List link to display the list of event Template that contain following action link are describe below with figure.

Create new: Click on Create new link to create new event Template.

Template title: Event Template title contain hyperlink and click on to view created event Template.

Upload new file: Click on Upload new file link to upload the new file.

Security Management


Security is a part of sidebar menu of private section that contain link of basic security of application system need to run. The hyperlink control action is describe below…
Student Permission: Click on Student Permission link to display the list of Student that group by selected batch with page ignition. Each student shown the edit button link is describe below with figure.
